Another short detour, with a slight climb, links two streams in the valley: the Tarcenò and the Chiarzò.
The boundless tranquillity of these places allows you to walk through the woods until you reach Tàmar, one of the most evocative abandoned hamlets in the Val Tramontina. Depopulated after the Second World War, in recent years it has been experiencing a sort of revival thanks to hiking trails and various cultural activities organised by local associations, aided by the creation of a hikers’ refuge managed by the CAI.
Its vast meadow is the perfect spot to rest… or to gaze at hundreds of stars at night.
