From here, start descending into the plain formed by the numerous rivers and streams you have crossed. In a wild landscape, discover the Arzino stream, where you will find bends and beaches that have become popular places to rest and swim
and with good reason: the surrounding woods and cliffs resemble a treasure chest holding the emerald green waters of the stream.
Take a moment to pause and contemplate before descending to Pinzano where, from the top of a gentle hill, you can enjoy a view that is unique in Europe: the wide, gravelly bed of the Tagliamento. In fact, for most of its course, the river flows in its primordial bed, making it one of the few wild rivers left in Europe, a sight to be savoured and cherished as you descend again from the wooded slopes with their streams to reach Valeriano.
