The motto is quality in tradition where the raw material is still raw milk at Km ,0 exclusively from the members, delivered in the morning and evening at the dairy, a condition that manages to fully preserve the taste and flavor of the milk. Among the products that can be purchased directly in the farm store, of note are Montasio Dop, cheese under marc, classic and cut dairy, caciotta, casatella, stracchino and pasta filate, fresh whole and pasteurized milk, butter, ricotta, panne cotta and yogurt.
